In- Stock order purchase
You will receive a purchase confirmation via e-mail once your credit card information has been verified and authenticated. You can expect our in-stock items to ship within 48 hours.
Special orders
Special orders require additional time for processing and cannot ship the same day. You can expect your special order to arrive on average in 2 to 6 weeks. You will receive an email confirmation with expected shipping dates. Please note special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Policy
Can I return an item & How Do You Return an item?
If you are not completely happy, items returned within 14 days of purchase date are eligible for a full refund: as long as the merchandise is in its original condition and has not been altered. You may also exchange the merchandise for full credit towards another purchase. Special orders and custom pieces cannot be returned. You will need a Return Authorization Number (RA). Please contact us at 608-785-0110 let us know you would like to return a purchase. You will then be given an RA#, place your item in its original box and include everything that was included when you received it. Securely and carefully package your item and take it to post office. Insure your item for its full retail value, make sure RA is on the outside of box and simply mail it back to us via United States Postal Service, signature required. Ship your item to the following address: 1205 Caledonia St. LaCrosse Wi 54603. Do not address to Mark Jewellers but instead Mark Returns. Please follow instructions below. All refunds will be processed within 14 business days and issued in the same payment method as the original purchase.
DO NOT ship any package to Mark Jewellers without first obtaining a valid RA#, and insuring it for the total retail value
How do I package the item? You must do the following:
Securely and carefully package your item with all original packaging.
Address it to Mark Return not Mark Jewellers
Write the RA# on the outside of the package
Insure for full retail value
Send it United States Postal Service, signature required
